USA moves to Gold Cup Semifinals after win vs Curacao

Philadelphia: After making it out of group play, it’s win and move on and that is what we had on Sunday Night from Lincoln Financial Field in South Philadelphia as US Men’s National team took on Curacao in the quarterfinals.

US made their trip to Philly by winning Group D while Curacao booked their trip to South Philly by coming in 2nd place in Group C

The USA would keep the pressure going and Curacao just did not have an answer

The USA would lead 1-0 at Halftime

The USMNT would keep the pressure on Curacao to add to the lead but they gave a couple of chances for Curacao an opportunity to stay in the game

This was a strange game for the USMNT as they looked like they had chances to finish off Curacao and just could not.

The USMNT will now take on Jamaica in the Semifinals in Nashville on July 3
