MLSsoccer.com has posted the 2014 preseason schedule for all nineteen clubs.
The preseason period will be a great opportunity for New York Red Bulls head coach Mike Petke to see how well the squad will perform together after some time away from the pitch. The Red Bulls took home the Supporter’s Shield this past season, the first piece of hardware in club history. This preseason period will be the first chance fans get to see if the club is capable of maintaining that high standard of play.
Preseason in soccer is generally known as a time to test formations, ease players back into match fitness, and give academy players a chance to show what they can bring to the table.

Jan. 30: Team departs for Riviera Maya, Mexico
