49ers quarterback, Colin Kaepernick looks like like he got back on his play-making flow in San Francisco’s 35-11 win over the St. Louis Rams on Thursday night.
The 49ers played a great football game. Kaepernick played like he had something to prove, which he did.
“He was focused,” said wide receiver Anquan Boldin. “He came in ready to play. We all wanted to get that taste out of our mouths.”
Boldin had five catches for 90 yards, including a touchdown grab. The 11-year veteran got the 49ers on scoreboard first, scoring on a 20-yard catch and run. Kaepernick had a great run game and capitalized with solid reads in the passing game.
San Francisco offensive lineman, Joe Staley injured his leg on Thursday night and appeared to be fine after the game. “We dodged a bullet there,” Harbaugh said of Staley’s injury.
San Francisco’s quarterback finished the night by personally handing his red sideline cap to a young boy in the stands. The 49ers definitely have Super Bowl potential, we just have to see if they can keep this up for the rest of the season. They seem to have found a dominant offense, at least in this weeks game. We all should keep an eye on them for Superbowl 49.
