At one time or another, everyone has heard Hollywood buzz that “so-and-so is gay”, but when it comes to John Travolta, they come in more often and by the boatload.
In a recently released trailer for the upcoming Kayfabe Commentaries You Shoot Series, former pro wrestling superstar, Kevin Nash, discusses his “intimate” experience with the actor while filming the abysmal 2004 film The Punisher, based on the Marvel Comics character. Travolta starred as the film’s villain, while Nash played his Russian “muscle”.
Nash describes an encounter he shared with Travolta during a photo opp, where he claims the actor posed for the picture with an intimate squeeze that was a little too close for comfort. Nash also talks of another incident in wardrobe where he was gently caressed by the famed actor.
Travolta’s name is stranger to tabloid controversy and accusations of homosexual relations. Several months ago, Travolta had been accused of inappropriate behavior with several male masseuses. While neither I nor the staff of Double G Sports is in position to confirm nor deny reports, the most we can do is share the video currently circulating where you can see and hear Kevin Nash discuss his encounters himself.
Take it with a grain of salt, as anyone who knows Nash also knows he like occasionally to stir the pot and accuse the media of taking the things he says out of context – yet, the proof is in the video. Who’s to say Nash isn’t just amping the story for the sake of entertainment, and figuring that the video and his statement will only float around in the circles of wrestling fans – thus, no harm really done. Then again, maybe it did happen and he plainly doesn’t give a shit who hears it.
