Blatche has agreed to a one year deal with the Brooklyn Nets so I guess that ends that debate. It will be interesting to see how he does this upcoming year.

I agree Phil but Washington has done that to players as of late. Look at how Javale Mcgee showed more maturity in Denver and looks to be primed for a breakout season. I understand that is mostly due to George Karl but a change of scenery can be all the difference. I'm not saying Blatche will be a star but I think that he undeniable has all the tools to be a really good NBA player. With the current position that the Knicks in I think it's worth taking a gamble on a guy with a high ceiling rather than adding a veteran who may not even make the rotation.

Blatche may be one of the dumbest players out there, let alone alive. He has shown a lack of maturity and ability to be a responsible pro. The atmosphere in the locker room (even with the signings of Thomas and Camby) is corrosive at best. Love the fact they have big egos combined with guys that were great in 1998. Typical Jim Dolan.
