Is the Italian Stallion headed to the stable?

Added by Gregg Snyder on January 3, 2011.

An MRI today for Gallinari will determine the extent of the injury from Sundays game. It will also give Knicks fans great hope or big disappointment if Gallinari is out of the picture for San Antonio game.

In the end, the Knicks defeated the  Indiana Pacers 98-92.  The Pacers win put an end to a 2 game losing streak. Stoudemire ended with 26 pts although his shots were off and he struggled only making 9 of 24 shots.

The next few games are on the road, can they re-create the enthusiasm that started this freight train and win out West.

Will the injuries of Felton’s injured hand or Douglas’ ankle affect their road performances. Will Gallanari’s MRI take him out of the next game despite his confidence that he isn’t feeling pain of a break.

Although  the NBA rescinded Stoudemire’s foul he aquired in Orlando, will he tack on another in their match up Tuesdays against San Antonio?
